To make a purchase on our site, follow these simple steps:

  1. Browse through the catalog and choose the product you are interested in.

  2. Select your size on the product details page.

  3. Click the "Add to Cart" button.

  4. Select the bag (cart) icon at the top right of the site to review your order and/or proceed directly to checkout using the "Payment" button.

  5. Enter the shipping address and payment information to complete the purchase.

N.B. If you have a gift voucher or discount code to use, you can enter it during the last step, by clicking on "Show order summary" located at the top next to the cart icon, and select "Apply". You will see the discount applied to your entire order or items.

It is not mandatory to register on shop.upperistheway.it to make a purchase, however, we advise you to do so to have access to exclusive benefits and to make the purchase process faster and easier in the future.

You can pay by:

  • Debit or Credit Card (Maestro, Mastercard, Visa and American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay
  • Shop Pay
  • Bank Transfer (following the instructions once selected)
  • In 3 or 4 easy interest-free installments with Scalapay

Orders are shipped within 2/3 working days of order confirmation. Once shipped, the package will arrive at its destination within 4/6 working days.

Please note that free shipping is only available for orders in Italy and over €80, except in certain periods when the threshold could be increased.

We invite you to check the site regularly to see if there are any special offers in progress. If we are unable to send the purchased product, you will be notified promptly and you will be entitled to a full refund of the payment within 15 days of sending the communication.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, we recommend that you contact customer service immediately.

If the order has not yet been shipped, customer service can assist you in making the necessary changes or cancel the order completely.

However, if the order has already been shipped, you will need to initiate the return or return process. In any case, customer service will be able to help you at all stages of the process.

If you wish to make a return, you have 14 days from delivery of the order. You can return the product for free directly to the store or contact our customer service for assistance and to verify your return request. We will be happy to help you in the best possible way.

If you wish to make an exchange, you have 14 days from delivery of the order. You can go to the store for free to make the change, or contact our customer service who will follow you step by step and offer you the best possible support. In case of exchange of items purchased online, there will be a cost of €6.

On the information page of the product you are interested in, you will find the "Size Guide" section created specifically to help you choose the correct size.

For any additional information, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service.

If we are unable to ship the product you have purchased, we will notify you immediately and you will be refunded the full amount within 15 days from the date we sent our communication.

After your order has been processed and prepared, it will be delivered to Mail Boxes.

They will send you an email containing the tracking code (Tracking) and will inform you which courier your package has been entrusted to.

Alternatively, if you have already received the Tracking code, you can visit the "Track your order" page to monitor the shipping status.

If you decide to use Scalapay as a payment method, the total amount of the order will be divided into 3 or 4 installments.

At the time of purchase, the first installment will be charged, while the remaining installments will be charged respectively in the following months.

In the event of a refund made through Scalapay, the installments already charged will be refunded, while the installments still to be paid will be blocked.
