SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping available for the following territories: Europe, Non-EU countries (United Kingdom, Switzerland), Canada and the United States.

- Free shipping in Italy for orders equal to or greater than €80* under this threshold the amount to be paid for Standard shipping is €6

*Except during promotional periods when the free shipping threshold may vary (The updated threshold can be seen at the top of the site)

- The cost of shipping to other territories can be viewed at the time of payment.

- Shipments are made only and exclusively on working days of each month, therefore no shipment is made on public holidays. For orders placed close to the weekend, they will be processed and shipped on the following working days.

The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the Order within 2/3 working days from acceptance of the Order, at the cost specifically indicated on the Site before sending the Order. Upper  is The Way reserves the right to accept or refuse deliveries requested outside the Italian or European borders. In any case, for deliveries to be made outside the Italian borders, shipping costs and delivery times may vary.

Regarding deliveries requested to countries outside the European Union, any import customs fees will be paid by the recipient. The Customer is therefore invited to contact the customs authorities of his country in advance to check the costs and any import limits.

The delivery times indicated by Upper is The Way must be considered as purely indicative and a delay with respect to the same, or any delivery made with subsequent split shipments do not entitle the Customer to refuse the delivery itself and to request compensation or compensation.

At the time of delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check :

That the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document, that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal strapping).

Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately detected, by affixing a specific indication on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the courier.

The boxes are suitably large in size and your items are well protected.

Returns and Exchanges: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are faulty or damaged upon delivery. Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date. It is important to note that the right to return or exchange is only valid if the "Upper is The Way" label has not been removed from the items. The presence of the label is an essential condition for accepting the return or exchange, in order to guarantee the integrity and resalability of the product. Payment by Cash on Delivery

Our e-commerce offers the possibility of making payment on delivery by cash on delivery, available exclusively for orders destined for Italy and San Marino. This service has an additional cost of €5.00 .

Restrictions for payment by cash on delivery:

• Available only for orders with a maximum amount of €999.00 .
• Not applicable for the purchase of gift vouchers included in the order.
